1. Service

StageSubtitles.com provides software and hosted services for live speech captioning, translation, public caption relay, and optional translated audio streams. The service is intended for professional events, educational talks, and production workflows.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access links and login codes secure. We may suspend access if usage violates these terms, creates security risk, or exceeds purchased limits.

3. Usage limits

Plans may include a limited number of live translation minutes, relay features, languages, or audio generation limits. Time is counted only while a live translation session is active and reported by the app.

4. Customer content

You retain rights to your speech, captions, and translated text. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to process, translate, display, and distribute content through the service.

5. Third-party providers

The service may use third-party providers for speech translation, language models, text-to-speech, payments, hosting, and email delivery. Availability and latency can depend on these providers.

6. No emergency use

StageSubtitles.com is not designed for emergency communications, medical advice, legal proceedings, or situations where incorrect or delayed captions could create safety risks.
